1. What materials are the bracelets made of?
Answer: We handpick high-resistance materials designed to last. We use marine-grade paracord, waxed threads, and premium metals such as stainless steel. Every element is chosen to ensure your piece maintains its color and durability over time.
2. Are the bracelets handmade?
Answer: Absolutely! The vast majority of our pieces are 100% handcrafted in Puerto Rico. This artisanal process allows us to oversee every detail, ensuring you receive a unique, exclusive accessory infused with the essence of our island.
3. Can I get my bracelet wet?
Answer: Our pieces were born for adventure. Our cord and stainless steel models are water-resistant; however, to keep gold-plated or polished finishes shining like new for years, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with chlorine, saltwater, or strong perfumes.
4. How do I find my size?
Answer: It’s easy! Use a measuring tape to measure the circumference of your wrist (or the area where you plan to wear the accessory). In each product description, you will find the standard measurements we offer so you can choose the one that fits you best. We also have a wide variety of adjustable options that fit any size.

5. Where do you ship to?
Answer: We bring our vibe to wherever you are. We ship to all of Puerto Rico and the United States.
6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Answer: Since each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, our processing time is 3 to 7 business days. Once your package is with the carrier, the estimated delivery time is an additional 1 to 7 days, depending on your location.
7. Will I receive a tracking number?
Answer: Of course! As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your "vibe" all the way to your doorstep.

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Answer: Our priority is for you to love your purchase. If you receive an item with an error or a manufacturing defect, you have 7 days after delivery to contact us. For more details on the process, please visit our full Return Policy in the main menu.

9. How should I clean my bracelet?
Answer: To keep the cord looking pristine, you can use warm water and mild soap. For metal charms or anchors, a dry microfiber cloth is all you need to safely restore their original shine.
